At M+ Studio, we believe in the transformative power of art to inspire, connect, and create meaningful change. Founded as an experimental art space by McKenzie College in partnership with Mountie Education, our studio was born from a mission to support young artists, emerging talent, and immigrant creatives who often lack the resources and platforms to thrive in Canada’s art community.

M+ Studio is more than a space—it’s a movement to amplify voices that deserve to be heard. We provide practical experience, career development support, and creative opportunities for artists from diverse backgrounds. Through M+ Gallery and a range of services—including art event planning, exhibitions, community art education, and international exchanges—we aim to foster artistic expression that is accessible, inclusive, and impactful.

Although we are deeply rooted in Atlantic Canada, our vision extends across the country and beyond. We strive to create a platform where artists can share their perspectives, tell their stories, and find a stage to showcase their talent. Whether it’s a student artist seeking guidance, a young creative exploring new possibilities, or an immigrant artist expressing the beauty of cultural diversity, we are here to support them on their journey.
